• Strong commitment to ethical practices in all business areas, aligning with LXT’s high standards and those of its clients. • Deep understanding of industry needs and challenges. • Familiar with product, solution, and service development. • Proactively keeps up to date with market trends and competitive intelligence. • Over 10 years of experience in selling or delivering complex and bespoke solutions in technical environments, ideally in AI-related industries (e.g., speech recognition, chatbots, OCR, autonomous vehicles). • Over 5 years of experience in leading sales teams to success. • Self-starter who can work independently and in a collaborative team environment. • Skilled at identifying priorities. • Highly capable of handling ambiguity and adapting to change in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. • Extensive experience in creating and managing complex pricing models. • Confidently presents pricing models to clients, peers, or senior management. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. • Strong negotiation skills and natural relationship-building abilities, both internally and externally. • Fosters a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degrees are an advantage.
