Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in compensation and payroll including global payroll tax administration (US and India) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting/Finance or relevant discipline • 4 - 6 years of experience in a related field • Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree • 2+ years’ experience using ADP Workforce Now for Payroll processing • Prior experience processing US and India payroll required • Prior experience in compensation analysis strongly preferred • Prior experience preparing compensation statements and agreements required • Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws • Intermediate to advanced skills with Excel spreadsheets • Knowledgeable in US and India wage and tax laws • CPP certification preferred • Team player and problem-solving mentality
