📋 Description
• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SageSure’s Cat Response capabilities. • Lead the development of scalable solutions for real-time event tracking. • Leverage geospatial data, aerial imagery, AI, and automation for damage assessment. • Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to build intuitive tools. • Work with stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver value. • Own product discovery efforts, engaging with users and analyzing data. • Define and measure outcomes using insights for continuous improvement. • Balance near term execution with long-term strategy in product development. • Champion collaboration, technical excellence, and user-centric approach. • Act as a thought leader, sharing insights and influencing stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of product management experience. • Experience in catastrophe events, insurance technology, or data driven decision platforms. • Technical fluency, with experience in geospatial analytics, AI/ML applications. • A strong analytical mindset, using data and experimentation to drive decisions. • Exceptional problem-solving skills. • Experience working with engineering teams, understanding agile practices, CI/CD, microservices. • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills. • A highly strategic, impact driven approach.
