Description

• The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our HomebuilderONE solution by identifying and developing new sales opportunities within the homebuilding industry. • As a BDR, you will work closely with senior sales, marketing, and business development teams to generate high-quality leads, qualify prospects, and establish strong relationships with potential clients. • This role is grounded in consultation, authority, and trust, emphasizing collaborative problem-solving, accountability, and continuous learning. • We’re looking for a self-starter who can bring fresh ideas, is eager to learn, and is excited to be part of a team that drives impactful change for our clients in the homebuilding sector. • This role will report directly into the CRO/Business Development Lead.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role, preferably within the homebuilding, construction, or technology industry. • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at various levels. • Consultative Mindset: Ability to ask insightful questions, listen actively, and provide tailored solutions to prospects. • Self-Starter: Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of your work. • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot) to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports. • Collaborative Team Player: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and contributing to group efforts. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on targets and goals.
