Description

• Develop marketing plans and strategies to deliver measurable results • Ensure marketing campaigns achieve their objectives • Create, execute and monitor performance of campaigns • Track and evaluate KPIs of all marketing channels • Ensure brand and identity adherence in campaigns • Set up and execute demand generation programs • Deliver regular reports of campaign performance and results • Collaborate with local leadership team and global marketing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields, or equivalent • Significant (5 years’ minimum) relevant or related job experience • Strong problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and project management skills • High level of cross-boundary and intercultural communication • In-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns around Enterprise Applications • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously • Ideally proven experience in different marketing tactics (Digital, Event, ABM, etc.) • SaaS and PaaS understanding • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications D365 & Power Platform • Experience with Microsoft Sales & Industry Plays and Co-Marketing is advantageous • Fluent language skills in German and English are a must
