• SVP, Sales Manager • As an SVP, Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind a team of 5+ direct reports, creating and executing innovative sales strategies. • You will provide guidance, support, and coaching to your team members, set sales targets, and monitor performance. • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. • Collaborate with the Global Head of Sales and Channel leaders to develop sales strategies. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. • Continuously evaluate and enhance the sales process, tools, and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Must have 10+ years of experience working in a market research environment, combined with strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies • Advanced understanding of marketing and “go to market” principles including understanding of related client structures and processes. • MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
