•Kong is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to help us build and grow the Kong API platform •You will lead our Enterprise Account Executives and drive business results and revenue •Maximize our market potential bringing in new customers as well as growing existing clients •Build a high quality, sustainable and strong sales organization

Requirements

•You have been a top performer as an IC, front-line manager, and second-line manager with a track record of overachievement •Accurate forecasting at the individual and team levels •Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent •Strong territory management at a regional level •Proven systems/methodology for consistent pipeline generation •Experience using and teaching sales methodologies •Energy, passion, and rigor in your career as a Sales leader
