And it stands to reason that none of this would have been possible without the hundreds of hard-working employees who work at Confluence. • Confluence is seeking a sales professional with 10+ years of experience prospecting, developing, and closing new SaaS-based solution sales across the performance, attribution and risk segments of the financial services industry. Via solution selling, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value of Confluence’s services by presenting tailored solutions that help clients/prospects achieve better business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University or equivalent industry experience • 10+ years of experience prospecting, developing, and closing new SaaS-based solution sales across the performance, attribution and risk segments of the financial services industry. • Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills. • Ability to network and build relationships with senior decision makers at leading global financial institutions. • Well developed in-person and virtual presentation skills, strong professionalism, and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills. • Aptitude to engage with clients to gain information necessary to better position Confluence products and services to solve client problems. • Experience with Salesforce.com. • General understanding of LinkedIn.com, ZoomInfo, etc. and how to leverage to build prospect and client relationships. • Familiarity with core Microsoft Office software, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
