β€’ About Us: Cloudflare is on a mission to help build a better Internet by protecting and accelerating online applications. β€’ Available Locations: Washington DC, Maryland, OR Virginia. β€’ About the Role: The Sales Leader is responsible for driving Cloudflare's revenue and brand awareness in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on large enterprise customers, and growing the sales team. β€’ Additional responsibilities include driving sales growth, managing executive relationships, growing the local team, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, and representing Cloudflare at external events. β€’ What Makes Cloudflare Special: The company stands for protecting the free and open Internet, and supports various initiatives like Project Galileo and the Athenian Project that provide important services to organizations and governments.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience, selling to large enterprise accounts. β€’ 10+ years of direct sales management experience leading an enterprise field sales team. β€’ Thorough and deep understanding and knowledge of IaaS, computer networking and network security services. β€’ Extensive experience managing longer, complex enterprise sales cycles. β€’ Strong aptitude for learning technical concepts/terminology (technical background in engineering, computer science or MIS a plus). β€’ Experience selling into $1B+ Financial Services, Retail, Industrial, Energy, Media and other companies. β€’ Strong leadership, presentation, interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills. β€’ Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment.
