🎯 Requirements

• Facilities Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing facilities operations across multiple locations, deep understanding of warehouse infrastructure, preventive maintenance, vendor management. • Multi-Site Operations: Proven ability to oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and operational excellence. • Vendor & Contract Management: Skilled in managing third-party vendors, ensuring contract compliance, performance tracking. • Strategic Problem-Solving: Excel at identifying and resolving facility challenges before they escalate. • Budget & Cost Management: Experience managing budgets, forecasting facility needs, identifying cost-saving initiatives. • Compliance & Safety Expertise: Understand OSHA regulations, safety protocols, building codes. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with leadership, operations teams to align facility operations with business goals. • Hands-On & Detail-Oriented: Lead by example, ensuring warehouses and workspaces are fully operational, well-maintained.
