• Act as the key liaison between the Sales Team in Germany and the Customer Service / Logistics team. • Ensure all orders are accurately documented for customer service processing. • Follow up on invoices with health insurers. • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. • Collaborate with departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Manage projects to increase efficiency. • Prepare sales contracts for review by management. • Organize local sales seminars and workshops for customers. • Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams on contracts and proposals. • Support the market for launches, new territories, products, or customers.
• Fluent in both German and English. • Proven experience in an inside sales or similar role. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience in the medical devices/healthcare industry (preferred). • Knowledge of health insurance processes and regulations in Germany (preferred).
