Description

•We are a team dedicated to supporting the employee and delivering a positive and seamless experience that supports the whole employee lifecycle. •As a People Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of the People Operations team as we build and scale our function to the next level. •You will partner with People Operations senior team members to help implement and execute our people processes, systems, policies, and programs.

Requirements

•4 years experience within a HR/People team for a fast-growing, global company. •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. •Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. •Experience in triaging business processes in Workday and managing EIB data loads. •Experience maintaining and auditing processes for data accuracy. •Experience supporting HR compliance and processes on a global scale. •Strong attention to detail, customer service presence, and organizational skills. •Experience managing cross-functional relationships and partnering closely with groups such as Employee Relations, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, or Legal.
