• About Sand: • Sand Technologies is a fast-growing enterprise AI company solving real-world problems. • We’re pioneers of meaningful AI, addressing issues in various sectors. • We’ve grown our revenues over 500% in the last 12 months. • About the role: • You will manage business development, logistics consulting, and solution architecture. • Responsibilities include identifying opportunities and co-developing solutions. • Business Development (60-70%): Identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships, lead sales efforts. • Solutions Architecture & Consulting (30-40%): Assess client needs, design tailored solutions, collaborate with internal teams. • Practice Development: Contribute to service offerings, provide insights, mentor junior members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain consulting, or a related field. • Proven track record in business development, including lead generation, client relationship management, and successful deal closures. • Experience in a client-facing consulting or solutions architecture role with demonstrated ability to scope and design solutions. • Deep understanding of logistics operations, supply chain optimization, and relevant industry best practices. • Familiarity with supply chain technology platforms (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems) and ability to recommend appropriate solutions. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex logistics issues and design efficient, innovative solutions. • Strategic Selling: Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. • Consultative Approach: Exceptional listening skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions. • Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading client discussions and delivering compelling presentations. • Relationship Management: Ability to build trust with both internal teams and external clients, fostering long-term partnerships. • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Eager to take initiative, with a high degree of autonomy and a passion for building something new.
