• Deeply understand clients' technical and infrastructure landscapes, conduct thorough assessments of their existing data, software, and AI architectures - identifying gaps and providing strategic recommendations for modernization. • Architect comprehensive solutions that address clients' complex technical requirements, developing detailed Statements of Work and presenting proposals in a clear, compelling manner. • Act as a vital bridge between clients, business development teams, and internal product development, ensuring alignment of client objectives with solution offerings. • Conduct thorough technical assessments of clients' existing data, software, and AI architectures; provide strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps for modernization, leveraging industry best practices to align platforms with business objectives and emerging technologies. • Architecting and designing solutions that meet customer business needs and presenting them in a clear and concise manner. • Immersing yourself in our clients' business landscapes, identifying challenges, and devising innovative solutions to address their pain points effectively. • Develop SOW of proposed solution. • Act as a trusted advisor, both internally and externally, fostering strong relationships based on your expertise. • Engage directly with customers in a pre-sales capacity to understand their full-stack AI solution requirements and articulate how Sand’s technology stack integrates into the clients platform. • Drive presales client discussions on solution architecture and articulate technical risks and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred); • 10+ years of experience in software development, web technologies, Solutions Architect role or similar; • Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); • Prior Director level or higher Engineering role; • Prior startup and scale-up experience; • Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus; • Exposure to data engineering and warehousing, including data ingestion, processing, storage, and retrieval; • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously; • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
