Description

• Note: This is a full-time 100% remote role. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and open to occasional travel. • At Hypergiant, we are redefining what’s possible. • Hypergiant is a Texas based software company that creates powerful data visualization products for the space, defense, and critical infrastructure sectors. • We’re looking for a skilled senior solutions architect to develop innovative software solutions in an Agile-like environment using an iterative development process.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience (5+ with a computer science or engineering degree). • 4+ years of experience using CI/CD environments to deliver working software. • Demonstrated ability to transition system design into organized, accessible, and performant software applications using web-compatible programming languages. • Solid understanding of modern application architecture, concepts like asynchronous and concurrent programming, and data mesh / data fabric concepts. • Ability to make effective architecture decisions and document them clearly. • Penchant for learning new technologies, balanced with strong pragmatic thinking. • US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED. Must be eligible for a DOD security clearance.
