• About Tailscale: Tailscale is building the new Internet by delivering software that makes it easy to securely interconnect people and their devices. • Job Description: We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. • You will be responsible for helping customers design, implement, and manage their Tailscale deployment to ensure their business objectives are met.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar. • Demonstrated success working at a startup with multiple priorities and projects. • Passionate about working with the sales team on presales initiatives, leveraging technical expertise to craft compelling and customized demonstrations, proof of concepts, and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospective clients. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience in systems administration and troubleshooting: Linux, Mac, or Windows. • Familiar with networking and security concepts. • Desire to learn programming/scripting skills in Bash, Go, TypeScript, HCL, etc.
