Description

• Responsible for leading and growing sales for assigned areas • Oversees sales force responsible for company products and services • Directs sales strategy and activities • Collaborates with ELT to develop vision • Plans and coordinates efforts of Account Executives • Provides coaching and formal performance appraisals • Assists team with client negotiations and closes sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field required • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales and/or sales management • Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role in technical solution sales • Demonstrated ability to identify and act upon improvement opportunities • Demonstrated experience in executive-level strategic thinking • Autonomous decision-making authority • Advanced interpersonal, presentation, communication and leadership skills • Proficient in time management, prioritizing, and multi-tasking • Proficient in Microsoft Office (M365) • May require travel 20-30% of the time
