• Own the exciting challenge of growing our presence in the K12 education space. • Focus on mid-market opportunities and build strong relationships with decision-makers. • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand unique needs of education networks. • Present and demonstrate SchoolAI’s solutions that align with customer needs. • Develop long-term relationships with mid-market customers, positioning as a reliable resource. • Collaborate with prospects to craft mutually beneficial agreements to meet revenue goals. • Actively participate in team meetings, share best practices for collaboration. • Keep your CRM updated with accurate information about pipeline activities. • Develop and execute a territory plan for optimal resource allocation.
• 2+ years of successful experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or another high-growth, solutions-driven environment. • Experience in the K12 education space is a strong plus. • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. • Experience selling to mid-market accounts. • Demonstrated ability to deeply understand customer pain points. • Familiarity with K12 education challenges, trends, and funding structures. • Comfortable with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. • Prior experience working in a fast-growing startup or dynamic environment. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
