Description

β€’ The Sales Representative works on mid-market accounts to uncover business requirements, develop a sales strategy, and create an effective presentation and demonstration which addresses customer requirements. β€’ Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns into your territory assignment. β€’ Build customer relations through sales and follow-up calls and product presentation/demonstrations. β€’ Leads all aspects of the sales process. β€’ Exceed quota assignment. β€’ Maintain a strong understanding of Learning Management, Content Management, and Human Capital Management industry. β€’ Must be a self-starter who assumes responsibility, recognizes problems, provides well thought-out solutions and takes initiatives to fix them.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience β€’ Must have excellent communication skills and analytical skills and be comfortable in representing software and speaking to operational and technical executives alike β€’ Aggressive, hard-working, persuasive, persistent, self-motivated, and productive β€’ Consistent overachiever by exceeding sales targets β€’ High Energy & Positive Attitude
