β’ The Sales Representative works on mid-market accounts to uncover business requirements, develop a sales strategy, and create an effective presentation and demonstration which addresses customer requirements. β’ Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns into your territory assignment. β’ Build customer relations through sales and follow-up calls and product presentation/demonstrations. β’ Leads all aspects of the sales process. β’ Exceed quota assignment. β’ Maintain a strong understanding of Learning Management, Content Management, and Human Capital Management industry. β’ Must be a self-starter who assumes responsibility, recognizes problems, provides well thought-out solutions and takes initiatives to fix them.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience β’ Must have excellent communication skills and analytical skills and be comfortable in representing software and speaking to operational and technical executives alike β’ Aggressive, hard-working, persuasive, persistent, self-motivated, and productive β’ Consistent overachiever by exceeding sales targets β’ High Energy & Positive Attitude
