Description

β€’ The Account Executive will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales cycle, including identifying and prospecting new district partners, negotiating contracts, and closing deals β€’ Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new opportunities β€’ Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets β€’ Consulting with school administrators to understand their exact needs and demonstrating how services can support both students and teachers β€’ Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers β€’ Constantly evaluating and refining the sales process and methodologies β€’ Developing processes for identifying at-risk deals and working across departments to mitigate concerns β€’ Collaborating with the Customer Success team and other departments across the organization to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients

Requirements

β€’ Previous administrative experience at the school or district level β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β€’ The ability to build trust and rapport β€’ A desire to learn and grow β€’ The ability to pivot and adapt β€’ Success in sales, especially education or service-related sales β€’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field β€’ Experience working remotely or in a virtual sales environment β€’ A passion for education and closing the opportunity gap
