Description

• Lead development teams on sales applications within Consumer Goods Cloud. • Actively contribute to complex Salesforce issues with expertise in Apex and LWC. • Design and build Salesforce solutions integrating various clouds. • Develop solutions from configuration to customization using Salesforce tools. • Lead daily scrum meetings and collaborate with Product Owners. • Automate business processes with Salesforce automation tools. • Manage data updates and migrations, ensuring code quality and test coverage. • Mentor junior team members and effectively troubleshoot issues independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field. • Strong experience with Salesforce customization and configuration. • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. • Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems. • Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps tools. • Solid understanding of the Salesforce Deployment process. • Strong preference for Salesforce certifications.
