Requirements
• 5-7 years of proven hands on experience in recruitment preferably in Automotive Finance, Sales or FinTech • Proven track record of successfully engaging passive talent via job boards and social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates • Familiarity with current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
