Requirements
• Experience: 10+ years in data-intensive software development, including 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles. • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of accountability and success. • Strategic Vision: Skill in setting direction, aligning with executives, and executing effectively. • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a history of effective cross-functional teamwork. • Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes. • Technical Expertise: Strong background in building data pipelines and data architectures for complex domains. • Technical Foundation: Hands-on engineering experience at a senior level, ideally Staff+.
