Description

• Negotiate, close and manage key new catalog completion publishers • Manage catalog by territory against key benchmarks • Analyze consumption in key markets and acquire additional target publishers • Oversee ongoing partner / publisher business reviews and management • Lead Internal publisher management with Product, BSA

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in digital media, book publishing, or other content-centric industry in business development, strategy, and partnerships. • Familiarity with common content licensing business models. • Strategic and critical thinker in the pursuit of new business and partnership opportunities. • Strong managerial skills with expertise in hiring and coaching a team of content licensing professionals and business developers. • Strong negotiating skills and excellent written and verbal communication. • Excellent presentation skills, especially at VP-level and above. • Strong business modeling skills (Excel), and familiarity with data analysis tools like Tableau
