β’ Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization. β’ Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. β’ Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. β’ Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. β’ Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers. β’ Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization. β’ Develop and maximize Resideo's presence and market share in designated accounts and territories. β’ Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization.
β’ 3-5 years of minimum experience in the Pro AV industry β’ Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record β’ Living within the sales territory of Detroit Michigan is preferred.
β’ This position is eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). This incentive is considered variable incentive pay. You can earn an annual sales incentive which is expressed as a percentage (53.85%) of your annual salary. This amount will be prorated based on your hire date. Attaining your sales targets will allow you to achieve 100% of your variable incentive pay.
