β€’ Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization. β€’ Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. β€’ Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. β€’ Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. β€’ Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers. β€’ Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization. β€’ Develop and maximize Resideo's presence and market share in designated accounts and territories. β€’ Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization.

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of minimum experience in the Pro AV industry β€’ Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record β€’ Living within the sales territory of Detroit Michigan is preferred.

Benefits

β€’ This position is eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). This incentive is considered variable incentive pay. You can earn an annual sales incentive which is expressed as a percentage (53.85%) of your annual salary. This amount will be prorated based on your hire date. Attaining your sales targets will allow you to achieve 100% of your variable incentive pay.
