• As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our local government clients. • Identify opportunities to expand their use of our SaaS and on-premise solutions. • Increase revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling efforts. • Collaborate closely with customer success, sales, and product teams to ensure customers realize the full value of our platform.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in GovTech. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. • Strong understanding of local government operations and procurement processes is a plus. • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, managing up to 250 accounts. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics platforms.
