📋 Description
• Generate pipeline through proactive outreach, engaging with mid-market and enterprise B2B prospects across North America. • Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement. • Build and refine your own sales sequences using SalesLoft, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms. • Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executive. • Engage with decision-makers, demonstrating clear and confident communication on calls. • Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously optimize outreach strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience as an SDR in a SaaS environment. • Proven outbound prospecting success , with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota. • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM. • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and ability to build custom sequences. • Strong verbal communication skills —ability to sound clear, confident, and engaging on calls. • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise B2B companies. • US-based and focused on outbounding exclusively in North America.
