• Bachelor's degree or higher • Minimum 1+ years of recruiting experience • Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience • Chronic care sales experience is a must • 5+ years of experience in Medical Sales, Diagnostic Sales, Specialty Pharmacy Sales, or Clinical Pharmacy • Possession of a valid regular driver's license (DL) • Resides in one of the following cities or states: New York, New Jersey, Boston, Baltimore, or DC • Experience managing a team of 12+ individuals • Ability to travel 75% of the time
