•Lead sales operations and manage a team in Germany for Securitas Technology. •Develop strategic sales plans and ensure revenue target achievement. •Build and maintain client relationships and oversee sales processes. •Drive revenue growth and manage the sales budget and performance.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. •Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. •Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. •Working experience in an international Security environment or technology industry is preferable. •Ideally, having worked in a multinational, experience in a matrixed environment. •Strong leadership and team management skills. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. •Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems. •Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights. •Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics. •Client liaison and customer focus. •German and English written and oral proficiency is a must. •Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and team management. •Fast-paced and dynamic work environment requiring flexibility and adaptability. •Alliance builder: collaborating with internal and external partners. •Team builder: building high performing teams and culture •Challenger – results-driven.
