Description
• Analyze complex product liability claims • Provide resolution of highly complex nature and/or severe injury claims • Manage claims through action plans to timely resolution • Negotiate claim settlement up to designated authority level • Conduct full investigation of claims • Communicate claim activity and maintain client relationships • Represent Company in depositions, mediations, and trial monitoring
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Licenses as required • Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred • Eight (8) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
