• 5+ years experience in retail buying / merchandising or ecommerce • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills • Vendor/contract management, procurement, project management, negotiation, performing spend analysis, and creating sourcing strategies • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills to audiences of all levels, including executives, internally and with external clients • Team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Strong empathy and advocacy for customers • Demonstrated growth mindset in all facets, from career, to business, to team • Passion to optimize how and why we work • Ability to support EST time zone
