We are looking for an Account Manager South Europe for our Personal & Home Care business. • This job will report to the Sales Manager South Europe and will be based out of a home-office in Italy (preferably Milano Greater Metropolitan Area, and will require intense travelling in Italy & Spain (approx. 60%) to visit clients, support your distributor, and to connect with the central services headquartered nearby Paris. • As a Sales Account Manager, you will visit customers across your territory (Italy, Spain and Portugal) to create opportunities and deploy necessary actions, both technical and commercial, to secure growth. You will create and follow up a diversification program to secure activity through all our areas of expertise. • You will also manage a distributor, keeping them updated on all our activity, conducting joint meetings with their main customers and providing up-to-date training. With the support of your Sales Manager you will establish strategies for growth and to maintain distributor challenged and yet satisfied. You will support them at local exhibitions and events. • As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with internal teams that will support and ensure your success!

Requirements

• BS Degree required in chemistry, chemical engineering or related discipline. • A minimum 5 years successful experience in B2B technical sales (personal/home care, chemicals, etc.) that reflects high productivity of measurable results. • A strategic approach to developing and winning business being savvy at selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience. • Fluency in English is a must, in addition to Spanish and Italian (minimum one fluent and another intermediate/conversational and commitment to improve it). • The drive and passion to win in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
