Description

• Understand customers’ businesses and challenge their ideas • Be the technical lead in customer engagements and provide solutions • Proactively identify and address customer's technical needs • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals • Maintain knowledge of competitor's products • Perform technical benefits assessments for customers • Lead RFI, RFP and Security Questionnaire completions • Travel to customer sites, internal meetings, and trade shows if needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of Sales Engineering experience, ideally with SaaS • Curiosity about technology, and passion to learn and share • Ability to work with customer roles up to CIO, CTO, and CISO • Strong people orientation, listening, resolving and prioritizing issues • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Strong presentation skills and ability to sell effectively • Ability to assess situation criticality and execute action • Strong experience with process-centric solution selling • Appreciation and experience with the entire sales cycle is preferred
