β€’ The Inside Sales team plays a critical role in driving growth. β€’ Seeking a dynamic Manager of Learning and Development, Inside Sales. β€’ Responsible for onboarding, training, and continuous development of Inside Sales team. β€’ Ensure new hires have a structured and engaging learning experience. β€’ Partner with the Manager of Instructional Design to develop training materials. β€’ Conduct ongoing training programs for Inside Sales incorporating best practices and sales techniques. β€’ Work closely with Customer Care and Product Support teams for alignment. β€’ Maintain records of training activities and evaluate their impact. β€’ Identify opportunities for refining training content and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ BS or BA in a discipline related to life sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience β€’ 5+ years of related inside sales experience and/or experience leading trainings for inside sales teams in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or diagnostics industry. β€’ Applicants should possess the capability to comprehend the medical, clinical, and technical facets related to diabetes management and drug delivery products. β€’ Experience providing remote support, particularly in a regulated environment. β€’ Previous experience working in a high volume omnichannel contact center providing direct service and support of a medical device. β€’ Working knowledge/proficiency in content creation platforms desired but not required. β€’ Innovative, creative and detail oriented with strong interpersonal communication (oral and written) presentation, facilitation and administrative management skills. β€’ Knowledge of sales methodologies, customer engagement strategies, and emerging sales technologies. β€’ Ability to organize and lead meetings with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate issues and ideas with peers and with leadership. β€’ Excellent collaboration skills to work seamlessly with teams across different departments and disciplines. β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills with clear communication abilities. β€’ Proficiency with content development platforms (Articulate) β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft tools and applications inclusive of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
