Description

• The Business Development Associate will elevate our brand recognition and help boost our financial growth. • This is an exciting opportunity to create action plans and sales strategies that will help us reach our growth initiatives – including client acquisition and client optimization. • Responsible for telephone, email, and social media-based prospecting; qualifying and processing marketing leads. • Generate new opportunities as qualified leads, track via Salesforce.com, and update regional Business Development Leads. • Maintain and update Salesforce.com, ensuring accuracy of activity log and pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent job-related experience preferred • Minimum of 3-years’ successful experience working in lead generation or sales roles in a scientific space • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects in non in-person settings • Ability to come up to speed quickly and manage multiple projects / priorities • Driven / resourceful to find winning approaches to effectively deliver messages to prospective customers that resonate • Ability to comprehend and communicate scientific verbiage and concepts • Enthusiastic team player with exceptional communication skills able to navigate selling hurdles, understand different buying personas, position, and communicate the value of Syner-G’s solutions, and persuade new business prospects to learn more
