Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). •Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales roles within the travel industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. •Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. •Deep understanding of travel loyalty programs, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. •Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals and partnerships. •Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. •Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. •Experience with CRM software selection and implementation (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. •Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. •Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration and development.
