Description

β€’ Help existing customers adopt innovative new modules to further drive value into their business. β€’ Work with assigned customer accounts to identify upsell opportunities, demonstrate the value of products. β€’ Negotiate mutually beneficial customer agreements, prioritize the right features, and ensure customer retention. β€’ Build relationships with customers post-sale to identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

β€’ +2-3 years of experience in sales in a quota carrying role. β€’ +1-2 years of closing experience in a SaaS/Software role strongly preferred. β€’ Consultative sales approach towards cold prospecting, up-selling, demoing, negotiating, and communicating value proposition is strongly preferred. β€’ Responsible for upselling a suite of multiple products/services to external customers up to C Suite. β€’ Connection and/or experience to the home services or construction industry is valued. β€’ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce a plus. β€’ Self motivated/self starter mentality with the ability to think creatively on your feet. β€’ Bachelor's degree preferred.
