Description

β€’ Actively manage and develop a portfolio of trades companies and play a key role in ensuring company revenue. β€’ Develop a portfolio of ~35 Enterprise customer accounts, all high-touch customers with complex needs. β€’ Regularly gather intelligence on how customers are using our products and determine valuable features/services. β€’ Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customer accounts for a premium experience. β€’ Solve complex problems to strategically increase product value. β€’ Analyze user engagement data and identify actionable insights.

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of combined experience account and/or project management experience in a customer facing role. β€’ Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time with strong attention to detail. β€’ Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others. β€’ Demonstrated ability for and interest in project management and analyzing data sets. β€’ Intelligent, quick thinking, fast learning, and solution oriented. β€’ Adaptable team player with strong communication and organizational skills. β€’ < 25% travel nationwide.
