📋 Description

• Responsible for renewing, up-selling, churning contracts for assigned accounts. • Increases renewal sales for assigned accounts. • Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and their functionality. • Educates customers on business practices and associated contractual implications. • Ensures customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements. • Triages accounts and reconciles escalations. • Leverages the renewal activity to promote upsells. • Must meet sales objectives such as quota (Churn and Upsell) and productivity requirements via Pipeline Management. • Proactively report to management on the portfolio of accounts, focusing on goal attainment and recommended course corrections.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Sales Experience (Sr. SDR)/Customer Support/Account Management). • Has the ability to sell/present value. • Has ability to work effectively in the unknown. • Strong attention to detail. • Self governs time/schedule. • Proficient compliance with systems and processes (Salesforce, Scripts, Quality Rate). • Coachability/implements feedback. • Embody SLT guiding principles: Keep a blue head, High composure under pressure.
