β€’ Create meaningful connections with small and medium-sized businesses and help us deliver a world-class go-to-market experience to prospective customers. β€’ As a proactive and self-motivated Account Executive, you will lead the charge in engaging prospects via inbound and outbound channels and managing a pipeline effectively, meeting and exceeding sales goals. β€’ You will deeply understand our customers, including their decision-making processes, and leverage market insights to shape sales strategies and messaging that resonate with our audience. β€’ The ideal candidate must have experience with Inventory Management Software (IMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and/or experience selling inventory or accounts payable (AP)-related products. β€’ This role offers a hands-on opportunity during a significant growth phase for Settle, where you’ll help deploy strategic sales initiatives, expand our customer base, and have opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within IMS/ERP software or AP-related products. β€’ Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales org). β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Ability to take ownership and initiative, creatively problem solve, collaborate, and influence.
