Description

• Customer service support, primarily through email and live chat • Process warranty claim applications and respond to customer queries • Respond to customer feedback and comments on retailer websites • Process customer orders for replacement parts • Data entry and reporting • Provide generalist administrative support across the business, including operations, accounts, warehousing, design, and marketing teams

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Helpdesk or Chat Support roles • Willingness to work Thursday to Monday from 4:30PM - 1:30AM Pht • Background in e-commerce or retail-based customer service role • Experience in ticketing tools/software and live chats • Proficient across the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlooks, Word, and Excel) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organised, motivated, and able to work independently • Passionate about delivering customer value
