β€’ Work in a remote environment while efficiently utilizing multiple systems. β€’ Daily virtual meetings with Small to Medium Sized businesses. β€’ Present, consult, and sell Roadrunner's 'Cost Savings & Process Improvement Initiatives'. β€’ Maintain a full sales pipeline in Salesforce. β€’ Prospect, source and develop NEW BUSINESS.

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of experience prospecting, sourcing and developing new business. β€’ Ability to efficiently navigate prospective customers through the sales process with the main focus on closing new business. β€’ Comfort with ambiguity and ability to act without having the whole picture using sound judgment and strong decision-making skills. β€’ Building and maintaining your own pipeline through cold-calling and ongoing prospecting efforts. β€’ Able to leverage and regularly communicate with a Top-Tier Inside Sales team to acquire new service contracts monthly. β€’ Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever-changing business needs. β€’ Strong analytical and problem solving skills while making decisions in a timely manner. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view. β€’ Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and across all functions of the organization.
