Description

•Shockwave Medical, Inc. is a pioneer in Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) development •Aims to establish a new standard of care for calcified cardiovascular disease treatment •Looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead Inventory/Sales Operations Analysts •Responsible for team direction, performance, and coaching employees •Act as a customer experience advocate •Engage in interaction with cross-functional partners including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.

Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree with a business or technology focus required; Masters preferred •10 years of experience required in sales analytics, finance or similar analytical role •3+ years leading direct reports or equivalent experience •Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or related industry is preferred •Positive and enthusiastic, a highly proficient communicator and team player •Strong analytical skill set and detail-oriented •Understanding of building reporting/visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau •Ability to efficiently read in data, analyze, and present data using Python, R, or SQL a plus.
