Description

• Automox develops a cloud-native platform for endpoint management. • Sales Enablement Manager to scale sales efforts with enablement program. • Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive sales enablement strategy. • Provide training and onboarding programs for sales team. • Collaborate with various teams to align messaging and processes across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales training in high-growth SaaS environment • Proven track record of working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective sales training programs • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Allego, Seismic), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Monday.com) • Strong data analysis skills • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills
