Requirements

β€’ 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales training in high-growth SaaS environment β€’ Proven track record of working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams β€’ Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective sales training programs β€’ Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Allego, Seismic), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Monday.com) β€’ Strong data analysis skills β€’ Excellent organizational and project management skills β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
