📋 Description
• ShopMy is a platform used to effortlessly integrate all aspects of creator marketing, from talent discovery to brand collaboration and monitoring. • The Top Creator Strategist role will be responsible for developing ShopMy’s approach to helping our top performing creators grow their earnings on ShopMy. • This individual will develop and communicate data-driven strategies for our top performing creators in ways that align with their goals. • The role will involve qualitative and quantitative data analysis, industry research, creative thinking and providing consultative feedback. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align top creator strategy with broader company objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience (6+ years) as an analyst, strategist or consultant, with responsibility in developing data-driven strategies that drive revenue growth • Proven experience (2+ years) writing queries at intermediate-to-advanced level in SQL, or a similar database query language • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, as well as the ability to transform ideas into reality, executing and effectively driving results • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms • Passion for the creator economy and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by creators • Comfort using learning & enablement technology (Canva, Figma, Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Loom)
