Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management in health insurance or employee benefits, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving growth targets • Bachelor’s degree • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset • Strong sense of ownership, a bias for action, and superior problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively • Current Florida State Health and Life insurance license in good standing (preferred)
