📋 Description

• We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. • You will report to the CFO and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations. • Improve internal controls, manage the close process, and support strategic financial initiatives. • This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. • Oversee general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, revenue recognition, payroll accounting, and cash flow management. • Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support a fast-scaling SaaS business. • Support the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and tools. • Work cross-functionally to support budgeting, financial accuracy and transparency. • Assist with financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Ensure proper treatment and documentation of SaaS-specific revenue recognition (ASC 606). • Build a team over time.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred. • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 1-2 years in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment. • Strong knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606). • Experience with accounting software and a general tech-savvy mindset. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement. • A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities. • Nice to Have: Experience implementing new ERP or financial systems. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Prior public accounting experience (Big 4 or mid-tier firm). Exposure to Institutional Investors.
