• SimpliGov is expanding its sales team and is looking for a MM/SMB Account Executive for the South East territory with a focus on Georgia. • This role is vital for driving digital transformation within the public sector through our innovative platform. • Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. • Manage the full sales cycle: prospect for new customers, host discovery calls and demos, create proposals, and close deals. • Track customer information, forecasts, and reports using Salesforce. • Participate in industry events in territory.
• At least 2-3 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying capacity • SaaS and GovTech experience a plus • Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and strong presentation skills • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment • Self-starting and self-motivated • Possess a hunter-sales mentality with a strong desire to be successful • Experience with Salesforce • Willingness to travel into territory 25% of the time
