Description

β€’ Responsible for servicing all accounts within assigned territory to maximize profitability, distribution and volume sales. β€’ Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods. β€’ Ensure that product knowledge on all inventory items is current. β€’ Prepare required sales reports for submission to Sales Supervisor. β€’ Recommend to customers the ideal quantity and variety of brands to purchase. β€’ Ensure all cash collected from customers is picked by security courier service within 24 hours. β€’ Develop and maintain rapport with customers, building loyalty and encouraging feedback. β€’ Participate in sales/marketing events. β€’ Monitor and report on activities in the marketplace. β€’ Monitor displays of Company’s products in assigned outlets. β€’ Occasionally do market research and investigate manufacturers of third party products.

Requirements

β€’ Diploma/Associate Degree in Marketing &/or Business Administration β€’ Experience in Field Sales β€’ Excellent Customer Service Skills β€’ Excellent Time Management, Customer Service Skills and analytical skills β€’ Excellent written and oral communication β€’ Excellent people skills β€’ Self-motivated β€’ Proficient in MS Office Suite β€’ Must be able to function independently and handle a variety of responsibilities under pressure. β€’ Must own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid driver licence.
