Description

• Lead a high-performing sales team and drive transformational growth in the heavy industrial sector. • Shape strategy, inspire a talented team, and play a critical part in combating climate change. • Oversee the management of a robust sales pipeline and ensure team exceeds sales targets. • Support Account Executives in building relationships with key decision-makers. • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and outcomes. • Guide negotiations and decision-making processes to close new business opportunities. • Maintain updated revenue forecasts and provide reports on team performance.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, particularly in complex and high-value deals. • Experience in Climate Technology and its market dynamics. • Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, licensing structures, partner incentive programs, and partnership-driven lead generation strategies. • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to saving the planet. • Ability to travel up to 25% annually for client meetings, conferences, and industry events. • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; an advanced degree is a plus. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams. • Extensive experience in the healthcare technology industry or related field. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to build trust and close complex deals. • Strategic thinker with proven tactical execution skills.
